Specialists in the design, development and delivery of engineered, single-source Energy Performance Contracts (EPCs) throughout the Canadian Public Sector.

Introduction

At MCW Custom Energy Solutions we are passionate about building energy solutions and helping our clients reduce their environmental footprint, avoid utility costs and realize asset renewal. In partnership with building owners, we develop and deliver engineered, single-source Energy Performance Contracts (EPCs) that deliver utility savings, carbon management, occupant comfort, and systems renewal opportunities. We deliver these solutions to colleges, universities, municipalities, school boards and health care facilities across Canada. Experts in sustainable design, we improve energy and environmental performance, and guarantee cost recovery.

The CES Advantage

MCW CES is solely focused on creating energy system solutions that allow building systems to work more efficiently and responsibly with our utility resources. For the past 33 years we’ve had the opportunity to make these improvements in buildings and campuses across Canada and beyond.

MCW CES is an engineering and ideas-driven company. We look for solutions that address today’s challenges and position our clients for a sustainable future.

Our aim is to become a strategic partner with our clients to manage their facility portfolio and solidify our expertise as an asset our clients can rely on for years to come. In this capacity we help clients plan their objectives for their facilities’ entire life cycle.

“MCW helped our Institution ‘think big’ with The Green Gryphon Initiative. This project was driven by the energy cost savings and need for GHG emission reductions, but has helped us on many more fronts: We’ve made important improvements to campus energy services even as we expand, improved the condition and comfort for many buildings, and increased general awareness of energy conservation amongst our campus community. MCW was a true partner in delivering the success of the project.”
