Project Description
Originally named the West First Theatre Centre, this theatre project entailed an infill of an existing double-height space to accommodate a VIP balcony in the lobby and a perimeter catwalk for the theatre. The lobby development also permits pre-show gathering and provide space for live music and a wine bar.
Electrical Systems Description:
MCW designed the cabling, conduits, raceways, and outlet box systems, while special systems wiring for theatre systems, telecommunications, computers, and security alarm systems were by others. MCW made recommendations to the client on alternatives for power, lighting, alarm, and communications systems as these systems related to the specialist input.
